One Account Per Player

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered through the 399beb platform, including but not limited to:

399beb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform at any time, with or without prior notice. 399beb will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.
Age Restriction & Eligibility
399beb is an adults-only platform. Access to and use of 399beb is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which they maintain an active account. This age restriction is absolute and non-negotiable.
18+ Requirement: It is a breach of these Terms & Conditions for any person under the age of 18 to register, attempt to register, or use the 399beb platform in any capacity. 399beb takes underage gambling seriously and will take all reasonable steps to prevent it.
In addition to the age requirement, the following eligibility conditions apply to all 399beb players:
- Residency: You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 399beb is lawful in your jurisdiction.
- Mental capacity: You are of sound mind and are not using the platform under duress, undue influence, or while subject to a legal incapacity.

- Own account: You are registering and playing on your own behalf, using funds that belong to you and that are not derived from criminal activity.
399beb reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include government-issued national identification cards, passports, and driving licences issued by competent Bangladeshi authorities. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in any such request may result in account suspension pending verification.
Where 399beb has reasonable grounds to believe that an account holder is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals will be placed on hold, and no further betting activity will be permitted until age verification is completed to 399beb's satisfaction. If the account holder is confirmed to be under 18, the account will be permanently closed and any balance may be retained in accordance with applicable policy.
Account Registration & Security
To access the betting and gaming services available on 399beb, you are required to create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method details. All fields marked as mandatory during registration must be completed truthfully.
One account per player. Each individual is entitled to hold exactly one account on the 399beb platform. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different mobile numbers, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 399beb employs technical and operational measures to detect duplicate accounts and will close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances where multi-accounting is identified.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. 399beb will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
- Select a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
- Do not access your 399beb account from shared or public devices unless you are certain the device is secure.
- Log out of your account fully after each session, particularly on mobile devices used by multiple people.
- Contact 399beb support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
399beb reserves the right to suspend any account where unusual or suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation. During any suspension period, access to funds held in the account may be restricted. Players will be notified of any suspension via the contact details held on their account record.
Identity Verification (KYC): 399beb may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or as part of routine account review. KYC documentation typically includes proof of identity (national ID or passport) and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in account restriction.
Account registration is free of charge. 399beb does not charge any fee for creating or maintaining a player account. Any costs associated with internet access or mobile data usage in connection with your use of 399beb are your sole responsibility.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
399beb accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed on the platform at the time of your transaction. Accepted payment methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change, and 399beb does not guarantee the continued availability of any particular method.
Deposits. All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts are not permitted and will be returned to the source account, less any applicable processing fees. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your 399beb balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider, which for bKash and Nagad is typically instantaneous.
Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to your verified payment method within 2–10 minutes for standard verified accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:
- Your account must have completed identity verification (KYC) before any withdrawal can be processed.
- Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered to your account.
- 399beb does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees levied by your payment provider are outside 399beb's control and are your responsibility.
- Where a bonus has been credited to your account, the associated wagering requirements must be met in full before any portion of your balance derived from that bonus can be withdrawn.
- 399beb reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal exceeding a value threshold determined at the platform's discretion.
Third-Party Payments: Under no circumstances will 399beb process deposits or withdrawals to or from payment accounts registered in a name other than the account holder's own registered name. Any attempt to use third-party payment sources will result in the funds being returned and may trigger an account review.
399beb reserves the right to withhold or delay the processing of any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, a breach of these Terms, or where additional verification is required. In such cases, 399beb will notify the account holder as soon as reasonably practicable and will seek to resolve the matter promptly.
All transactions on 399beb are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). 399beb does not accept transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion charges incurred on your payment provider's end are not the responsibility of 399beb.
Bonuses & Promotions
399beb offers a range of promotional offers, deposit bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and VIP programme benefits to eligible registered players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general provisions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between the specific offer terms and this section, the specific offer terms shall prevail.
Wagering requirements. The majority of bonus offers on 399beb carry a wagering requirement — a minimum total bet amount that must be placed using the bonus funds before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each offer is stated clearly in the offer terms. You should review the wagering requirement before accepting any bonus.
- Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each offer. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to an unmet wagering requirement at the expiry of the validity period will be removed from your account automatically.
- Not all bet types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets placed on heavily discounted odds markets and certain casino game types may contribute at a reduced rate. The contribution rates for each product type are stated in the individual offer terms.
- 399beb reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and void any winnings generated from those funds where it determines that the bonus was obtained through abuse, multi-accounting, or any other form of promotional exploitation.
- Players who have opted out of marketing communications remain eligible for standard promotional offers but must claim those offers through the designated channel stated in the offer terms.
VIP Programme: Points accrued through the 399beb VIP Programme are subject to the specific VIP Programme terms and conditions. VIP points have no monetary value and cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash, or carried over beyond any stated validity period.
399beb reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice, except where an offer has already been accepted by a player and the associated wagering or qualifying conditions are already being met in good faith. In such cases, the offer terms at the time of acceptance will be honoured.
Players must be 18 years of age or older to participate in any promotional offer. No promotional offer is available to individuals who are excluded from the platform or whose accounts are subject to any form of restriction.
Betting Rules & Game Conduct
All bets placed on 399beb are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or casino game. These rules are accessible within the relevant section of the platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet or participating in any casino game.
Sports betting. All sports betting markets on 399beb are offered at odds determined by the platform's pricing engine. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that will apply to that bet. 399beb does not guarantee the continued availability of any pre-match or in-play market.
- Bets placed after the official start time of an event will be voided, unless 399beb explicitly offers in-play betting on that event through the designated in-play interface.
- In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed, or declared void, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published on the platform.
- 399beb reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were the result of a manifest error, technical fault, or data feed failure. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
- Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply to all markets. These limits are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placement. 399beb reserves the right to adjust individual account limits at its discretion.
Casino and slots games. All casino game outcomes on 399beb are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by the game provider. 399beb does not influence game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available from the game provider and may be accessed via the game's information screen within the platform.
Prohibited Conduct: The use of automated betting software, bots, arbitrage systems, or any other tool designed to exploit the platform is strictly prohibited. Collusion between players, match-fixing participation, and any form of fraud are criminal matters and will be reported to the relevant authorities in addition to resulting in permanent account closure.
399beb reserves the right to review any betting pattern that it considers unusual, potentially fraudulent, or potentially in breach of these Terms. During any such review, payouts associated with the bets under review may be withheld pending the outcome of the investigation. 399beb will communicate the outcome of any review to the relevant account holder within a reasonable timeframe.
Responsible Gaming
399beb is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and to providing all players with the tools necessary to manage their betting activity in a safe and controlled manner. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players through their account settings or via the 24/7 support team.
- Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours. Requests to reduce a limit take effect immediately.
- Session time limits: Players may set a maximum duration for each betting session. When the session time limit is reached, the player will be automatically logged out of their account.
- Reality checks: Players may configure periodic notifications that appear during active play to remind them of the time elapsed and the net outcome of their session.
- Cooling-off period: Players may request a temporary break from the platform for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the account remains open but betting and deposit functions are disabled.
- Self-exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their life may request permanent self-exclusion from 399beb. A self-exclusion request must be submitted to the support team and will be processed within 24 hours. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period chosen.

399beb will never market to, or attempt to re-engage, any player who is subject to an active self-exclusion arrangement. All marketing communications to self-excluded players will cease immediately upon the activation of the self-exclusion. 399beb will take all reasonable technical steps to prevent a self-excluded player from opening a new account during the exclusion period.
Players under the age of 18 are absolutely prohibited from using the 399beb platform. If you are concerned that a minor in your household may be accessing gambling sites, we recommend the use of parental control software to restrict access to gambling-related content.
Account Suspension & Closure
399beb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point
- Evidence of underage gambling or attempted underage gambling
- Operation of multiple accounts in breach of the one-account policy
- Engagement in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, and payment fraud
- Use of prohibited software, automated systems, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage
- Abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct directed at 399beb staff or other platform users
- Non-compliance with a KYC verification request within the stated timeframe
- Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or any other financial crime
- A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account closure
Player-initiated closure. You may request the closure of your 399beb account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon receipt of a closure request, 399beb will process any pending verified withdrawal to your registered payment method before closing the account. Account closure does not affect any legal rights or obligations that arose prior to the closure.
Following closure: Upon closure of an account by 399beb for breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be retained by 399beb as damages for the breach, or returned at 399beb's sole discretion, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Any outstanding bonuses and associated wagering requirements are cancelled upon account closure.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 399beb operates. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
